Adebayo Ola Balogun is the Director of Deedoc Consulting and Deedoc Managed Security Services (DMSS). He graduated from Lagos State University (OJO, Lagos, Nigeria) in 1989. Mr. Balogun is known for his vast ICT experience and expertise in multi-platform environments ranging from Mainframes, Midrange AS400, Unix, Novell, Microsoft, LAN/WAN to database and ERP deployment environments in United States and Nigeria. He founded Deedoc Computers in 1997 in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA, which became a leader in systems and network integration to healthcare, banking and financial institutions, to government and to most of the small-to-medium business sectors of the economy. Mr. Balogun specializes in strategic security planning, tactical security research, operational threat mitigation, experiential security, regulatory compliance and technology education. He is an expert in the design and delivery of cost-effective, high-performance technology solutions in support of rapid international growth. He is skilled in all phases of the project life cycle, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design through implementation and enhancement. He is effective at building culturally diverse and team-centered operating units with excellent business processes and strategy development skills. He is an advocate for enhancing ICT security in Africa, with partners in several African countries. Deedoc hopes to bring managed ICT security to the front door of all institutions that believe security is a continuous daily process. Mr. Balogun is a board-certified licensed security consultant and a licensed private investigator, and he holds the highest certifications in all areas of ICT – ranging from Microsoft (MSCE), Cisco (CCNP), Mainframe Security(RACF), Comptia (A+) , Novell (CNA), JDEdwards ERP (CNC), ISC2 (CISSP), ISACA (CRISC) and much more.
Chief Information Officer
Lesley Lumbu is the Vice President of Marketing Operations for Deedoc Consulting and Deedoc Managed Security Services (DMSS). Mr. Lumbu graduated from North Carolina State University (Raleigh, North Carolina, US) in 2007 with a degree in Business Management. While at North Carolina State University, he specialized in both Finance and IT concentrations of the Business Management major he earned. His studies focused on programming, real-life data analysis, database management, and corporate finance. He then continued on to pursue his academics to earn a Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from North Carolina A&T State University (Greensboro, North Carolina, US) in 2009. Mr. Lumbu is focused in application development, IT project management, multimedia design, technical planning, business case analyses, marketing analysis, and e-commerce. He has served as a Teaching Assistant for an undergraduate Introduction to IT courses, while earning his MSM. He served as an IT analyst and technical writer in an IT Capstone Project that analyzed and recommended solutions to a youth alternative school in updating its curriculum as to deter the youths from being further exposed. Mr. Lumbu has focused his expertise on conducting strategic planning that includes corporate positioning and competitive analysis, as well as segmentation and penetration plans. As the V.P. of Marketing Operations, Mr. Lumbu drafts, oversees, and reviews advertising, search engine optimization, data sheets, and other collateral materials, and aid in website design. He is experienced in ISO, OSHA and compliance-based provisions. He provides documentation on the ever-changing technical guidelines and privacy regulations of ISO, OSHA, and HIPAA and helps maintain technical and personnel safeguards for data security and integrity. He efficiently manages daily operations for clients – coordinating information security incidents; developing and publishing information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices, industrial control systems and compliance requirements. Lesley is also A+ Certified.
Business Development Director
Feyi Olayeye is the Business Development Director for Deedoc Consulting. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lagos in 1988 in the Environmental Sciences field. Two years later (1990), Mr. Olayeye earned Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Lagos. In 1998, Mr. Olayeye earned an MBA in Project Management from Henley Management College in the United Kingdom. Mr. Olayeye has in-depth expertise and experience in the following: business strategic analysis, portfolio management, financial analysis, supply chain management, process re-engineering, risk management, change management, program management, stakeholder engagement, leadership development, and training. With over twenty years combined experience in management consulting, and project management within fast-paced and challenging business environments, Mr. Olayeye has focused on identifying strategic business growth opportunities, developing and executing tactical plans to deliver the desired growth through the management of complex and high-risk strategic projects across a broad range of business sectors. His core competence involves strategic value analysis (to determine the right mix of projects required to position organizations ahead in their respective markets), and the implementation of those projects to deliver expected competitive advantage. Mr. Olayeye has worked on business development projects that span over ten countries (North America, Europe, and Africa) across diverse industries and markets.
Martin Akinyemi is a Network Analyst with Deedoc Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Information Technology (Concentration in IT) from Colorado Technical University. Mr. Akinyemi also has Network Engineering and Data Communication training from CHUBB Institute of Technology and Computer Electronics Technology from RETS Institute of Technology. He is proficient with the following operating systems: Windows DOS/95/98, Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista, Windows Server 2000, Linux, and Mac OS. He is an expert on the following hardware platforms: 1) T1, 2) BNC, 3) Fiber, 4) DS3, 5) DS1, 6) Category 3, 5, and 6 cabling, 7) hubs, 8)switches, 9) patch panels, 10) routers and 11) servers. He is also experienced and versed in the following software platform: 1) SAP, 2) Microsoft Office Suite, 3) DameWare, 4) Tinbuktu, 5) Datatel, 6) IMIN, 7) N-Central, 8) HTML, and 9) Visio. Martin has served as a project management analyst with AT&T, a data center Network Analyst with Bank of America, a Network Engineer with Verizon Wireless, amongst others services. Mr. Akinyemi is experienced with network and device monitoring using the N-Central Web monitoring application; troubleshooting; creating network and email accounts for new users; antivirus definition checks on servers and workstations; Tripwire Alert Promotion; monitoring; network investigation; web application monitoring and promotion (Weblogic, Websphere, 3G). Mr. Akinyemi has performed installations and monitoring of servers, and has provided network infrastructure and client solutions in a world class datacenter. Mr. Martin Akinyemi is a key agent of Deedoc Consulting that aids our Deedoc Managed Security Services (DMSS) division with his experience in penetration testing against development and production systems, network operations center (NOC) monitoring via Observer, VLAN configuration, remote access via DameWare, network security analysis, and server hardening.
